According to the American Heart Association there are three blood pressure levels. Which is your level?
- Normal blood pressure is a systolic pressure of less than 120 and a diastolic pressure of less than 80.
- You are doing good, Yahoo!
- Elevated level is a systolic pressure between 120 and 129 with a diastolic pressure of less than 80.
- Keep up with your exercise or if you haven’t started yet today is a good day to start.
- High blood pressure is a systolic pressure of 130 or higher, or a diastolic pressure of 80 or higher.
- Consult with your physician and keep monitoring. Try more fruits and veggies in your diet and keep on exercising.
