Senior Day Care can provide meals, exercises, games, and special entertainment. Activities at a center can include arts and crafts, team building opportunities, board games, and senior appropriate exercise sessions.

When one of my clients lost her husband she became isolated and withdrawn and was even refusing showers. Fortunately with time she recognized that she felt lonely and wanted to be able to be with other people again. Senior Day Care was a great solution.
